I am a retiree from Verizon where I was a Telecommunication Technology Associate and retired after thirty-two years. I am a graduate from Nyack College with a Bachelor of Science Degree. I am an Author of three fiction novels and an Independent Publisher. One of my internal needs is to help people . With that in mind my customer service skills is exceptional.
