The List Price is Right

Sellers typically rely on real estate professionals to provide advice on pricing their properties prior to placing them on the market for sale. Performing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) allows a licensee to collect information, to evaluate the data and to furnish an objective summary that permits an owner to make an informed decision regarding the asking (list) price of their property.

A proper list price results in a property selling in a reasonable time and more efficiently thus reducing the stress and inconvenience that an owner may experience due to an inappropriate list price.
