The 2021 Long Island Board of REALTORS® International Residential Real Estate Business Survey is now available. LIBOR is conducting this survey in collaboration with the National Association of REALTORS® as part of a national survey.

This important survey gathers information about the size and characteristics of transactions with international clients. We ask that you complete this survey even if you do not work with international clients so we can measure international transactions relative to the total real estate market which our members serve and the impact of the pandemic on international transactions. The results are used by members, the media, and government and statistical groups.
