John Colonna has been practicing law for almost 30 years. He maintains a general practice in Queens County with a satellite office in Nassau County. John concentrates in Real Estate Closings, Landlord & Tenant and Wills, Trusts & Estates. These three areas of the law complement each other perfectly allowing him to provide exceptional in-depth experience and advice to his clients and real estate professionals. Elisabeth Ooka is an Account Executive with National Tenant Network, a nationwide company with over 30 years of experience in exceptional resident screening. She is a Rutgers University alumna and has worked in the multifamily industry for more than 10 years.
Elisabeth will provide an overview of tenant screening. She will also discuss how the new Tenant Protection and Housing Stability Act affects tenant screening.
