The fraudster telephones the listing office and requests assistance with scheduling the appointment through the electronic showing system and provides the name, phone number, and company name of a legitimate agent.

It is recommended you confirm the identity of any agent who contacts your office by telephone asking for assistance in scheduling a showing using an electronic showing system.
