The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Mandatory Quadrennial Ethics Training deadline is here.   All Realtors® must take 2.5 hours of ethics training before December 31, 2016. Not sure if you've complied?  It's EASY to find out.  Log into Stratus.  On the top right of the Info Center page, (right near your name) those members who still needs Ethics will see "NAR Ethics Req".

If you DON'T see the "NAR Ethics Req" message on Stratus, that means you have completed Ethics and NAR has been notified.  You don't need to call or email LIBOR - we already have your completion in our records!

If you DO see the message, you can easily and conveniently comply.  Listen to LIBOR’s webinar by going to www.LIRealtor.com/ethics.  After completion, your "ethics needed" notification will disappear sometime after midnight.
