Debra started her real estate career over 36 years as a salesperson with a Long Island, NY independent company. In a short time Debra moved into management as Recruiting and Training Director. In 1992 she accepted a position with the Century 21 Real Estate Corporation as a National Trainer.
For 18 years Debra assisted more than a thousand offices, dozens of Real Estate organizations and over 10,000 Real Estate Professionals nationwide in achieving increased productivity and profitability. In 2014 Debra accepted a position to Coach and Train exclusively for Century 21 American Homes.
Debra is an inspirational and uplifting speaker with the ability to "quick connect" with an audience. Her communication style has resulted in repeat invitations as a Keynote Speaker for a variety of Real Estate organizations, brokerages and related industries.
